“It was a very well spaced out day (no extra long journeys between) with beautiful destinations. Marina was so passionate about her job and seemed to really enjoy navigating a very large group. “First, there is nothing “private” about this “private” cruise except for the 45-min ferry ride in Lake Comp. Everything else was done via public transportation with the public. The tour guide Majella (not sure about the spelling) shouts at the microphone, maybe she doesn’t know that a microphone amplifies voice. She’s not very friendly either — if you ask questions, she’ll either say “I already said that earlier” or “I’ll talk about it later”. Girl, we ask questions because we can’t understand you. None of that screaming makes sense. She made us take a picture of the map rather than giving us maps (what’s a few pennies worth of paper…”

“Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. A long day but Chiara was very organised and Andreas a highly skilled driver. Central meeting point. Early start but a comfort stop at a really nice cafe helped. The drive to St Moritz was enjoyable and comfortable. We were taken to a chocolate shop once there & given suggestions what to see and where to eat. And where to meet at station for Bernini Express. The Express was fabulous and not to be missed. The English narrator was hard to hear above the noise of train at times. Not a lot to see or do in the short time in Tirano. Coach was waiting for…”
