“Janis is warm & informative!! It’s obvious she loves what she does!! The first stop was a wine stop, unfortunately you only get to pick one beverage. It would be great if they provided small samples of each. The pizza place was good. The lunch place provided an array of food, it was nice to try a sample of each. The gelato was yummy as was our coffee stop. All in all Janis did an excellent job showing the group local hot spots. I recommend this tour, especially if you only have a few days in Como. “Violeta is a great guide. She has a true love for Como in particular and Italy in general. We felt like we were walking around this beautiful town with a friend who was showing us around rather than on a tour. She has a wealth of information, she wasn't looking at her watch and we went a bit over the two hours just because she wanted to make sure we say a lot. It works well and you can stop to eat, shop, or chill, or skip and go out of order. Flexible app to utilize at your own pace and you can ditch the expens tour guides. I can't wait to use it in other cities!”

“Worth the effort. Take the funicular then look for a open Land rover providing a shuttle service to the lighthouse 10 euro per person round trip. Leaves every 30 mins. At the topbni e selection of bar/resturants. The view from the lighthouse are stunning. 2 euro per adult to go up the 144 steps to rhe top.”

This walking tour took us off the beaten path and out of the crowds for a bit, walking through neighborhoods and visiting historic sites on the island, then we had a lovely tour of the gardens of Villa Balbianello.
